First half was particularly stinky. A better, well rested team would’ve definitely taken control of that first half and scored one or two goals. NE did take control at some times but I think our defense was very solid during the first half when they did have opportunities. I was very disappointed with our midfield -> attack buildup in the first half. Seemed like they were all on different pages. The second half was brilliant though. We caught them on the counter a lot and it could've been more than 4, let's just say that. Overall, I am pleased with this performance. We need a better first half vs better teams though.
